General note: 200th episode. This episode ended with the on-screen caption: "For Your Emmy Consideration, Thank You Very Much." Married... with Children never won an Emmy, though. Following this episode was the special "The Best o'Bundy: Married... with Children's 200th Episode". The audience didn't expect David Garrison on the stage and goes mad. David makes fun of this long applause watching at his watch.

Influences and References: The episode title was inspired by the cowboy saying "Get the Hell out of Dodge". "Yosemite Sam Hooked on Phonics" refers to a product called "Hooked on Phonics" sold on TV commercials. They are intended to teach reading skills to children in a way that the children will find appealing. The use of "hooked" here is the same as in "hooked on drugs." Dagnabbit is a version of "dang it" and "damn it."
